Everen is an energy trading company, which belongs to EDF Group in Poland. It was established as a merger of Commercial Department of Elektrownia "Rybnik" S.A. (the Rybnik Power Plant) and energy trading Company EDF-EnBW Polska Sp. z o.o.

 Everen means its employees, whose experience gathered during working in the Commercial Department of Elektrownia "Rybnik" S.A. and rendering services to wholesale customers together with expertise of the employees of EDF-EnBW Polska Sp. z o.o. in rendering services to final customers, makes it possible for us to provide a complex and professional service and to be a reliable and competent partner for all our Customers.

The EDF Group is among leading European energy groups. Besides France, it maintains a very strong position in Great Britain, Germany, and Italy. The EDF Group has been present in the Central-Eastern Europe – in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and since 1993 also in Poland. EVEREN Sp. z o.o. has been acting based on a licence No. OEE/258/1181/W/1/2/2000/MS granted on the 5th of July 2000 by the President of the Energy Regulatory Office for energy trade all over the country.

Registered on the 24th of February 2004 in the Province Court in Gliwice, the 10th Economic Department, under the No. KRS 0000093702 of the National Register Court.
